A Spanish theologian best remembered for his defense of the rights of the Indians of the New World against Spanish colonists and for his ideas of the limitations of justifiable warfare. He is considered the father of modern international law and was a leading advocate of human rights of Native Americans.

The webinar may be viewed and participated on both Gmeet and Facebook live. The links for both platforms will be included in the e-mail. Please take note that the Gmeet link will only accommodate up to 250 participants inside on first come, first serve basis.

This webinar will also provide FREE e-certificates to all active participants. Participants may obtain the e-certification by completing the webinar and submitting an evaluation form. The link for the evaluation form will be given towards the end of the webinar.

Submission of the evaluation form will only be open until September 25, 2020 11:45 pm.
